Meet the Founders

Founder
Hon. Sheila Kawamara Mishambi
Sheila, the Founder and Chief Visionary of Tembuzi Cultural Fun Park, carries a dream deeply rooted in love for family, heritage, and community. A mother, a leader, and a storyteller, Sheila has spent her life bringing people together—whether through her work as a teacher, journalist, in women’s rights, her passion for culture, or her vision for Tembuzi. Her journey has been full of resilience and purpose, but one truth has always guided her: life is richer when shared. Tembuzi was born from this belief—a gift of joy, connection, and belonging for families, friends, and communities.
Tembuzi is Sheila’s way of opening her heart to you—inviting you to relax, laugh, and create memories that never fade.

Co-Founder
Jotham Ernesto Mishambi
Jotham, co-founder of Tembuzi Cultural Fun Park, brings the fresh energy of youth, creativity, and vision. Growing up surrounded by family stories, music, and culture, Jotham has always carried a deep love for heritage—but also a bold drive to re-imagine it for the future. To him, Tembuzi is more than a park. It is a bridge between generations, where the wisdom of the past meets the imagination of today. With his passion for digital innovation and new ideas, Jotham is shaping Tembuzi into a place where culture is not just remembered—it is experienced, shared, and lived. Jotham represents the heartbeat of tomorrow—reminding us that heritage is strongest when it inspires the next generation.
